1 call, late evening; silent.

Hey everyone ... great to see some nicely detailed post.  I missed the call as well but with all the other calls regarding winning a trip and such, I wasn't sure if it was ligit.  Unfortunately, I am also waiting on other calls from the 416 area and thought I had missed one of them.  Thanks to this place and you good people, I know it was just another scam.  Thank you all for your post.

Missed the call the first 2 times earlier this week.  Managed to get to the phone in time tonight.

It was "Peter" from The Strategic Counsel calling on behalf of Rogers (cable/internet).  Conducted a 1 minute pre-qualification survey with me.  I qualified to complete a survey on upcoming changes to existing services with Rogers.  The survey will be sent to me via email in the next 24-72 hours.

I get these types of call once in a while because I am signed up with a few survey companies and have agreed to do surveys via phone and email for them.

No big deal. :)

Just a note to confirm that I did indeed receive the survey invitation via email a couple of days later.  Seems Rogers is planning on shafting it's internet users some more (and VERY soon too). I'd switch in a heartbeat if I could. *GRRR*

Got a call and hung up once answering machine picked up
