Thanks for the Time Warner info. I just got a call from that number too. Rang 4 or 5 times before I answered but no one was there. Recording must have ended before I answered the call.

Just got a call from this number to my phone.  The voicemail was a recorded message from Time Warner Cable about the new channel line-up, which they admit was also just mailed to my home.  A little wasted time and paper, if you ask me.
