They are trying to use the world "Cylon", which is the name of the aliens from Battlestar Galactica. Anyway, they are scammers - it is a spoof number. Ironic that they are using the name of an alien spieces since they are an alien spieces themselves - as in 'undesirable aliens'. They call here too, mumbly attempts at English, stupid lying coolies.

The caller sounded like a male, but had an accent, may be from India/pakistan. Said, calling from Microsoft, regarding my computer is sending error messages to them. But I cut off the phone, because I thought it is fraud.
