Telemarketer, offering free cell phone. Unsolicited call breaking CRTC law not observing do-not-call list.
Different tactic: although the person know damn well who he's calling, he pretends he wants to speak to someone that doesn't live here. Obvious answer is that that person does not live here.
He then asks for my name, I refuse to cooperate.
Then he tells me about a free cell phone.
Told him his call is illegal.
Then I believe he tells me "ok, sorry mr ..." and actually tells me my last name... not 100% sure, a little fuzzy on that bit...
Can't stand these marketing calls, seems to be increasing lately. Must be new scam companies operating...
