the lady that called me from this number says its a phone company ,
I'm in toronto and usual these people are scammers and use fake information for billing and collections

Primus is a long distance reseller with offices in Toronto.
However, they have contracted out their sales and service
interface to boiler rooms in INDIA.
Any 800 number that they list to contact 'Primus Canada'
ends up in India with an operator that only speaks broken
English, so heavily accented that you can't understand them.
