I just got another call from this number - did not answer. THE PEEL POLICE department says : Ask  them
1. What is your name?
2. What is the name of your company?
3. What is your phone number?
4. What is your address?
5. Can you send me this in writing?
If they sound hesitant or are evasive do not deal with this person any longer, hang up the phone. If they provide you with these details, check out the information yourself,  then compare it with the information provided, and if satisfied, call the company back.

Telemarketer, wants to speak to home-owner. When I say homeowner no live in house, they ask if I make the decisions about the  property. I say no, owner make decision, they end call.
