I have three of these on my current bill. Noone accepted collect calls from this unknown number. Bell said it was from where I live and I now owe 80.00! Not Right!!

I received a bill from rogers that "claimed" i recieved a call from this number that lastest 4 minutes and I now owe 56$ and I am not paying it because I never accepted a collect call from this number. I have no idea who it is and when i called rogers to confront them about this they tried persuading me to pay half or a bit of it and i refused to. This is not right !!
