A woman called saying it was time for our furnace to be serviced for free. She has called twice today. I picked up and hung up the 2nd time. :S Butchered the hell out of my name.

They called today saying they were a furnace company and our furnace was due for maintenance, will we be home and it was free
My husband said nothing is free and we deal with a different company! She hung up and then it was busy!
