they Called me on my cell. something about foreclosure on homes for people with low in come or some junk. tried calling back but it said no longer in service.

I was to give my information to the marketing rep. to find out if I was eligible for mortgage relief from the Obama stimulus plan.
I pressed 1 for more information. Sounded like some guy in his home listening to loud music. He sounded happy thinking I was someone named Chris. I said he called me not the other way around. Sounded quite surprised and stated it was an automatic dialer. When I asked the name of the company he hung up. I called back and Verizon was "unable to complete my call".
This was my cell phone which is ON the "do not call list".
