Just got a call from this number now, but was in the middle of a library so could not answer. First, I thought it was a modified overseas incoming number, as I have a friend who calls from Ireland and has his number show up as 123-4567. Could also be telemarketers utilising VoIP services like Skype.

Called 4:30 in the afternoon...no msg left....

Just got a call on my cell....no vm left; when I tried to call the number back, recording says call cannot be completed as dialed.
