The same jerk that has called me about a hundred times selling duct cleaning services.  Every time I get them added to my call block service, they change their number.  This time, I just let him ramble on and on and walked away from the phone.  I told them the last three times that I wasn't interested, so I guess labour in India is cheap and they think that harassing people will get them to change their mind.

They called today and they hung up when I answered!!
