No answer i pickes up and after a few seconds the call ended

Annoying male says he's from a marketing company and cannot even speak proper English.  When I asked him to repeat his company name he hung up.

just silence, no response

I got  call today from DANIEL at Air Duct Cleaning 416-111-3949 ..  I don't have a furnace and air ducts and these type calls have been going on for years.  I cannot get them to stop..  This is either an attempt to defraud or some other scam  because I called back the number given  from *69 .... It says it is not a number..

Go figure..  I would like to have them charged with  harassment.. If anyone can help me identify them it would be really appreciated.
