Caller said they were calling from Microsoft and to turn my computer on .....RIGHT! I hung up and blocked. Why doesn't the "NO CALL" list work?

416-100-7000, I received this call appox 1:00 PM Friday in Mississauga. I didn't answer. No message left. I phoned back and got no such number signal.

There is no name in the caller ID. The call was transferred to my answering machine; no message was left. Searching this number online, there are only websites complaining about telemarketers. I do not see a listing under a legitimate business.
The number is most likely spoofed; I live in the GTA; we are still being targeted by "Air Duct Cleaning Services"; I suspect it is them. I will leave this number blocked.
