Got a call with no one on the other end, after a while I heard a beep and a recording saying "Goodbye"

Got a call from this number and guess what, it is another one of those "I'd like to lower your interest rate on your current credit card" calls.
It bothers me that he actually called me by name, but I just played dumb and explained that I already got a preferred rate because I was bank staff.
