The so-called "company" will try to get ya by slightly changing their caller ID number. They will have other numbers such as:
416-000-1134
416-000-9971
416-000-3179
416-000-7954
The giveaway is obviously the 000 so don't pick up and let it go to voicemail. These bastardos called me but it said the same thing, that my car warranty expired.

YOU can BLOCK them
just go into you cell MENU
hit "other settings"
Then hit "Security Settings"
your phone will ask you for a PASSWORD
most cells the password is the LAST 4 digits of your cell number

punch that in
then hit ADD RESTRICTION
put them on a BLOCK on your cell
