Seems like the (416)000-nnnn bandits have new number.  Over the last few days I have gotten calls from the same prefix with the last four digits being 2247, 5597, and 4463.  I haven't answered any of them but I think it is the "vehicle warranty scam" that has been going around.  [***].

I got this one im starting to get fed up with all these calls 8 years no crap then do not call list starts and im not even on it and now i get 3-8 calls a day if i ever get my hands on these people im going to break his neck!

got a phonecall from 416-000-2247 a machine answered and I pushed 1 to let them know that they can go and f*** themself as I do not own a vehicle out of warranty. so .. a nice lady picked up and asked my name.. told her Bart Simpson and she said your phone number is.. and it will be removed from the list.. NICE !.. see what will happen in the future.. maybe Homer will call me back. F***ERS !

416-000-2247 call again. wondering if I am nice to them and give them everything they need are they going to give me a confirmation number, the address where I can drop off my car for warranty work etc ??? if yes I am buying a shot gun from Canadian Tire and they are [***] !

The number 416-000-2247 is showing up on my cell phone every second day and the mcalls seem to be getting more frequent. It says Name Unknown (surprise , surprise) and they are becomming quite annoying. Who are these idiots and is it possible to get these buggers to stop calling my cell phone? I just changed cell phone numbers a month ago because of another one of these dorks. I rarely use my cell phone , maybe once a month to talk to my son. How do they manage to latch onto certian numbers?
Do we have any legal recourse or do we have to hunt dowm these morons and shove the cell phone where the sun don't shine.....
