Calls on my cell and the other end is silent. I also got called from 1-416-000-7963. Same thing. I think they are trying to eat up my phone minutes

another useless telemarketer! Calls at the same time or just before 4160002297. Sounds like the auto warranty scam. They are calling my unlisted home number as well, so they are probably getting this from our useless National No-Call List.
