Called me this morning saying they were from Publisher Sweepstakes or something similar. Gave me a big sales pitch about how I was in the running for money, cars and had a free Caribbean Cruise to use within the next 18 months leaving from Florida.

I was then passed to a person that gave me another big sales pitch then told me the cruise was in international waters I had to pay a government tax of $59.00 both ways and asked me for my credit card number. I said no.

Then I was passed to another person that gave me the big sell on the trip and again I said no I will provide you with my cc number over the phone. He started to argue with me about how unreasonable I was being since they had a safe transaction system. The part that made me laugh was when he accused me of calling him a fraud. At that point I told him the call was pissing me off and hung up.

I have called that number several times throughout the day and evening with my caller ID switched off. On all calls it was clear that I had been disconnected. No voice mail, just cut off.

Tried to call back and message said: All circuits are busy. Please try your call again later.

This number 415-997-4064 keeps appearing on my cell. I tried to call back too and like the comment left above the message said "All circuits are busy. Please try your call again later."

Have had 6 calls in 3 days

I got  2 calls yesterday and today. Luckily my reception was bad so I didn't talk to them. From what I am reading on this forum at the very least it's a sales pitch, probably a fraud.
I am in the Do not Call list, I don't know how they get away with these calls.
