Caller ID literally showed the word "None". Obviously spoofed/fake caller ID info. Did not answer and caller left no message.

Caller at 415-997-4030 called but did not leave a message. I called the number and got a recording that said, simply, "Please press 2 if you would like to be removed from our list." I have blocked the number and tagged it as SPAM. They didn't even have the courtesy to say who they are.
