Caller states if I or my attorney doesn't call back he has no choice but to wish me a happy life and law enforcement from my state will soon be at my door. Third call from this number, same message received from 202-600-4268.

This guy is a real jerk feel sorry for people he's really upsetting . All the technology in this country and the phone companies won't do a damn thing to stop this . Guess their bottom line is more important than the little people making their profit for them . Yes I am thoroughly pissed at them . [***] has left 2 messages today not to mention others over the past weeks . Would love to meet him face to face !!!!!!!!!!!!!

We've received 4 of these calls over the past 2 days, leaving the weird voicemail...have a good life.  I too have been waiting for law enforcement to show up...still nothing.  Bugs the [***] outta me.
