No message no one answers on call back

This caller does not answer the phone. Calls repeatedly every day.

This caller has been called my home phone for 3 days, I don't answer the call nor left it message.

Why do you call disturbing and not talking?

its a bill collector they call us everyday sometimes from a 916 area code. But its an automatic voice dialer so when you answer and say hello it routes the call to a bill collector. But if they are all on calls then it just stays silent on your end until someone answers on their end. very annoying and they will keep calling once or twice a day. I just answer and then end the call.
