Received a telephone call from 415-855-0858 on my cell phone and the peson left a message claiming that there is a court case being filed against my "name and social."  The person then stated that once the case was "downloaded" it would pursued at my place of employment and residence.  Moments later the receiptionist at my job gave a message from the person who called my cell phone. I called back and they wanted all of my information, home address, etc and still would not give me any information on who was claiming to want to sue me.. When I told her that I reported the situation to the Los Angeles County District Attorney, she quickly said that she would pursue my case and good luck then hung up quickly

Caller left message stating it was for prearbitration purposes, that a civil suit was being filed, and that once it was filed there could be no negotiation, said they were attempting to reach me by my former name - I was divorced with the take back of my maiden name 10 years ago!  Stated they would pursue me through my employer - good luck on that one as I have unemployed for over a year due to a job elimination.  Also, call was made at 7:08 pm on the Memorial Day holiday - not during what would be considered normal business hours.
