I got a call from attorney peter jackson with the same story as everyone else.  don't fall for these guys

This has been happening to me right now. He is extreamly rude and annoying. He has called my work and calls my cell on a daily basic. He knows all of my information and says he wil see me in court. How did he get my number, my families number, my social and my work number? Does anyone know if he has used information before in order to get money or anything? If i don't answer he leaves extreamly rude messages. This is obviousley a scam. I KNOW I don't owe any money to anyone. The area code says he is from San Francisco. He is harassing me and I'mscare that he can actually do damage because he has all my information.

he called me talking about i owe for a payday loan and it would cost me 5000 dollars but they will settle for 756 dollars in two payments then he gave me a social security number that was not mine and ask me to confirm it this when i hung up because i suspected it to be a scam if i was really in trouble they would have sent my case to a local attorney uh duh!! they are a joke
