IRS does not file lawsuits.  Tax disputes are civil matters.  90% of all IRS tax disputes are settled administratively.  IRS has absolutely no authority to call on local law enforcement for anything. Local law is never involved in IRS tax disputes.   If LE is necessary, US Marshals do the job.  IRS does not cold call anyone and ask for money.  All  contacts by the IRS are initiated by US mail.

Robot caller stating from IRS, no message left except to return call before further action from IRS is taken. Plus, Julie Smith is the contact person.

New number for the IRS scam. Call a few time today from 585-444-7142 already.
A robo call stating that you have to contact them immediately to take care of this matter with Julie smith. Call those crooks to get what sounds like a India call center. I just laugh and hung up.

I just called and stated"remove me from your call list" and they said alright and hung up. Very criminal

IRS scam.  Julie Smith stating she was a IRS officer.  They needed an urgent call because it was time sensitive.  Also same recording called on phone 5854447142.  I am on No Call List. Do not want these calls.  Please remove these numbers.
