Received a call and missed it. When I tried to call back, I got the universal message saying this number is no longer in service.

A woman called Grace has called me multiple times representing herself to be with California Sustainable Energy and asking how much I paid for my utility bill. I've asked to be put on a do not call, with no success. She hollers at me and uses abusive language leaving me in tears. I wish there was something that could be done.
