This number has called my main office line three times so far this morning (8/6/12 between 8:30 and 11:10) and they do not leave a message. I've been able to link the number to a company called "Progressive Media" in San Francisco. I doubt it is a legitimate company, though. The website looks very generic. The Caller ID says "SNFC CNTRL CA."

Same here, looks like they are based in the United Kingdom, but specialize in business marketing. I just blocked them from any further annoyances...

Calling the office multiple times in a day, at least once a week. No messages. We just pickup & hangup anymore.
