I got a call from this number yesterday, and it left a voice mail (that nearly 95% of it was cutoff) in the form of what sounded like an automated telemarketing machine. A user at this website: http://mrnumber.com/1-415-796-0530

Said that it is a spam caller, talking about recruiting people for a position that was not applied for. What I find worrisome is that I recent applied for a job in SF, and I do not know if this is the actual employer I applied with. Finding out whoever this call originated from (what company) would be greatly appreciated.

I took the plunge - I called back this number (they also left a voice message to me) and it took me directly to an automated system saying they want to talk to me about insurance sales (oops, sorry, "District Representatives).

It's Farmers Insurance.
