Heck, I am on the NO-CALL list and I get(like you) up to 4 calls per day from 415-754-4547.
Thought the NO-CALL list was to block this.

I keep receiving calls from this number, as many as four (4) a day.  The message is for "Milkman" ( there is no milkman here.  It also states this is not a sales call.   Can anyone tell me who is calling?
