Just received a call saying I owe money, tired of same annoying calls.

I just recieved a call from this number and am very irate due to them calling an individual that is not affiliated with this phone. I proceeded to let them know that they have the wrong number and that no one by that name was here. They accused me of being that person and proceeded to harrass me, in which at that moment I angrily told the gentleman that I am not that person and if he called again I would press charges for harrassment and I hung up the phone.
