This is from a scammer. His fake names are Steve Martin and Andy Gibson and he is pretending to work for the IRS and if you ignore his call, you will have to go before the Federal Magistrate! LOL!! Do not fall for this!

Fraud call supposed to be from US Treasury.  I'd like the FBI to bust their [***] for this scam, but it seems like too much effort to call and file a complaint.

I received the same message twice from a Steve Martin & the same info that he works for the IRS etc. I thought it was a scam because for one he says this call is for you, but does not give a name of the person he's referring to.
