This number called every day, twice per day: man' voice record " if you name is Karen Hernado pick the phone, to dial 816...." " if you are Karen Hernado, Hung up the phone..."  Please stop those call, even I am on list of DNC.

This number seems to pop up regularly. Given that no message (worth hearing, ie, partial--few 'ending' words) is left to respond to, I'd say it's a nuisance call. For reasons such as this (mystery, quasi-appeal calls from shady characters, I believe in the death penalty.
