This is Microsoft Technical Assistance. When you enter your phone number online, they call you back, especially when transferring you to an agent (such as warranty department).

I chose "unknown" because the other call types don't fit. It's technically a solicited call.

I'm glad I checked this number.  Geek Squad had helped us out earlier this week and had to call us back due to loss of signal.  When I was going back thru the numbers on my phone I wasn't sure who this was, and went to 800 notes, and sure enough I saw the reference to Microsoft and it reminded me.  So, THANKYOU again, I knew 800 notes could help!  :)
