Robo call with false caller ID.  Wait for person to answer (obviously call bank), and got message Solar Energy Conservation.  Usual low life who, at best, will not deliver; at worst, identity theft.

Call is violation of DNC, robo call, and false caller ID FTC rules. Do not do business with these scum, do not press to be removed (confirms your number for them so they use or sell to other vendors).  Report them at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
