Got a call, no one on the line

Another renewable energy pitch from the "Council on Energy Research".  Probably another front for a solar installer.

Wow, just received a call from "Justin" who would not give his last name ("It's Smith") or transfer to his supervisor, then he hung up. Lasted for ten minutes of circles on "why won't you let me tell you about solar power?" and "the quickest way to get off our call list is to let us send a technician to inspect your house."  Of course call back goes to a number not accepting incoming calls. Too bad I'd bury them.
