Debt Collector.
He left me a voicemail long time ago and I blocked his number. He changes numbers sometimes and I just block the new one. It's really great to just block them. These people who are paid to harass you, is taken care of hassle-free. :-)

Hospital medical bill debt collector.

This guy calls and speaks so fast you can hardly make out what he is saying.  He asks for my spouse as if he knows them personally.  I told him that my spouse was unavailable and if I could take a message.  Then he says his name is Jim Duncan and leaves his number which I have to ask him to slow down because it is difficult to understand him.  He gets annoyed and repeats his number as if I am a two year old, 415-695-8355.  I ask what this is regarding, he tells me it is none of my business and hangs up.
