received 19th of February 2015 letter from PG&E stating I would be contacted by a company to evaluate my PG&E smart AC.  I received a phone call but no message same day. The next day, the 20th of February, I received a message and it was the PG&E smart AC evaluation study program trying to set up an appointment.
