Irs scam

I keep getting messages from this number for a man named Clarence with my same last name threatening legal action, something about taxes.  Hard to understand the accent.

Me too! Is it a scam?

Hispanic calling me about getting a lawyer and tax litigation...callel the number back and straight to busy

I too got the call from this number. It surely looks a scam. My accounts are crystall clear. And besdes, it came on holiday (Yes - I did tried to call IRS and they are not working today on MKL holiday). The moment I said I cannot proceed anything without legal notice, he dropped the call :) .
