Received the same call from the U.S.Treasury Dept of Legal Affairs. Caller said this was a verbal notification and that his name was Allan Carter if I understood it correctly. Message went on to say that upon returning the call to have present an attorney. If call not returned it could result in a legal mess.

Hello to all this caller is a fake federal agent stating he works for legal affairs trying to get people to give personal 411 or to make payments. It is possible this guy will give you a fake id number as well so you think kit is legit.  Do not give in even if there has been threats made. The I.R.S will not do so. Hope every one reads and believes this post. GOD Bless ALL

Someone has strong accent left a message and claimed calling from department of leagal affairs of US treasury.  He suggested that to call back or have my lawyer to do so, otherwise law enforcement..... well, there is a scrip you can find it online for comsumer alert article for the exact wording.  Sounds so serious but not real!  Hope the real law enforcement can catch them soon.

Same as other callers - male with very thick accent claims to be from department of legal affairs  us treasury and also claims that a law suit has been started against me... idiots - don't deal with this man.  Completely ridiculous claims designed to obtain personal information from you

They are at it again.  Just got another set of calls from this number.  Hung up immediately when I realized it was them again.  They called back two more times.
