Got a call from 415-666-4567, caller ID shows unknown name.

got a call a few hours ago from 415-666-4567. No response when I answered. Only a hang up after a wierd beep. Traced it. Shows cell location off shore of SF. Unknown caller.

Just got a call from 415-666-4567. An elderly American guy was calling - first he asked for someone else and then he asked for me and would not listen to me and kept babling. And after a few sentences says " I cannot hear anything" and hangs up. What are these nuts smoking?!
