When in foreign countries (Asia and Europe), I used Line2, logged on a local WiFi network, and called numbers in the US, then Line2 called this number (4156662269) that connected to the number I called. This incurred the roaming charge ($2.50 per minute), and did not save any money using Line2-- a bummer!
