Any shill who makes ignorant comments can remain stupid and speculate on ASSumptions.  Only shills come here - after the fact - and post "glowing reviews."  Again - we don't believe a shill - like you.

There are many legitimate businesses that operate with a PO Box as a mailing address, especially if they are in a business that deals with vindictive subjects who were denied leases because of all of the dirt that was found on them, such as unlawful detainers (eviction) and even very serious criminal history such as rape, aggravated assault and murder.

I am very happy with the service they have provided for our property management company.

Sure you're happy - how much did they pay you to shill for them?  Which is illegal, by the way.

Real businesses also have no problem giving out their physical address.

Got call from same number, but Zillow ID ed inquirer as zms-19641776b87f30f@reply.zinnow.com.  Didn't respond.

I received an email through Zillow from a Victoria John and the number (415) 662-8005 .  Total fake!
