called twice and said nothing when I answered the call.

I answered "hello", but no one responded within three seconds so I hung up. Probably a telemarketer; three seconds isn't long enough for the call director to route answered calls to an agent.

Additional info: I called the number (1-415-658-0004) and got a telephone company recording saying the number has been disconnected/no longer in service. Confirms the caller is spoofing a non-working number and is a scammer.
