I received this call from this number about a complaint was filed because of a cash loan. I told them that I reported this number to the police and it was a scam and don't call anymore.

I received the same call about 11:49 am this morning from this exact number. Stating there was a complaint in my name for a cash loan and a warrant was going to be issue for my arrest by the end of this evening. There was a communication barrier between us. The man sounded of Asian descent. When asked to repeat himself so I could understand him he became stern and said several times "Don't interrupt me" I hung up and told him to interrupt that.

I received a voice-message from someone calling from this number. The individual had a very heavy accent, but stated that criminal charges were going to be filed against me if I did not call them back. When I called back, I spoke with someone I assume was born in this country. I asked what this was about and he told me the company he was calling on behalf of.  I informed him that I am a legal professional and am well versed in the FDCA, which specifically prohibits threatening arrest or legal action that is not contemplated. I finished by stating that if anyone from his company contacted me again, I would turn the voice message over to the proer authorities.
