No answer on call back but I did get an inhouse voice mailbox from "shoretel".

I called back from a different line and she plays the same game, called back but didn't answer or identify who she was or why she was calling and bay area phone.

I suspect she is pushing yelp or some other SEO snake oil crap.

If they can't say "why" they are calling it's always some sales bs.

Today we received another call from her.

Today she identified herself as "mckenzie from yelp".

Again weeks later still calling leaving messages.

YELP SEO sales scumbag "McKenzie".

They delete legit reviews on your business page unless you buy advertising from them, extortion sales.

When asked they can't explain why other than  it's to protect the users.

Then we have the clown show yelp "elite".

Yes a special "elite" status is awarded to those loyal yelpers who drink the yelp kool aid and worship the yelp gods.

They are entitled to discounts and new business promotions.

All this can be had by anyone willing to become a troll and dedicate 100 + reviews on yelp to become one.

They told me "they have 100 reviews and enjoy promoting business".
