Caller Hangs Up after saying hello.  We I call back, they wait to identify a human voice and hang up again.  When I call back again, I get a message that my call is important to "them" and to wait (which after a long wait, they hang up again).  This is some sort of call harassment payback for turning down health insurance sales a few months ago.  I've been getting non stop harassment from these types of callers and I am confused at to what their motivation is, since it won't yield any sales....
