cold call to residence requesting information on resident at address requesting knowledge/association to 3d party .. caller claiming to be from US Government office.

This is from the U.S. Department of Labor.

I received a call from them at 320 am on my cell phone and just now on my landline.  When I called back, I got the disconnected message The caller offered a number which I could not understand since he had a soft voice.

Received this call today, when I call back it says "No Routes Found" then hangs up.  I seriously doubt if this was truly the Dept of Labor that is the response you would get when calling it back.  I called back on a land line at work, so we shall see if it turns up on the bill.

I received call, asked for me, said I called earlier. Said they were San Francisco labor relations? Not sure how they associated my name with number. I never called them! Called back and said you've reached a number that is no longer in service????
