Call several times a week, I always let the machine answer, they always hang-up, Caller ID just shows San Francisco and number... Springfield, MA

I get this call at least 2 times a day. It is coming up as 415-620-4049 cell phone california. I answer they hang up. What happened to the do not call lists. Every since I put my numbers on these lists I am getting more BS calls then ever and just think my numbers are not evenlisted. So who sold the do not call lists ????

Someone stated they are from "American Financial." I told them not to call again/remove me from their list. Doubt it'll work.
