These guys are a stupid Solar company....very rude  asked to stop calling and kept hanging up, so I must of called them back like 10 times to see how it feels for them.

Called twice.  I have blocked them.  Caller ID says NOVATO, CA.

tured, tired, tired of this phone calls!!! solar whatever scam company keep calling. seems like they change their phone numbers, every time is a diffetent but the same stupid machine message, i have blocked them but still !!!

Try denying them and unknown callers a chance to leave you a message. It's a live voice they're after and as long as they get something, they're likely to keep calling. No kind of answer and they'll be quicker to give up.

The newer call blocking devices can do area codes as well. Sometimes this is the better method when you can do it that way. Some of these outfits use the same area repeatedly even though the actual spoofed number is changed.
