It was a recording, indicating it was the IRS, Officer Nikki Johnson. Saying do not disregard or prosecution will result.

Called with voicemail indicating they were from IRS and I should contact them immediately. I returned the call and a man with a middle eastern accent answered saying "IRS". The noises in the background didn't match an IRS office and I wouldn't provide any additional info. I suspect it's a scam
