micheal johnson states that i am NOT to disregard the call and my atained atty of record needs to call back and if i don't then all that unfolds..or some suck nonsence follows, if you call back the number they tell you some crap about owing money, they have the last 4 numbers of your social security number and yout e-mail address.
some thing is not correct, when you question then they curse you out, i had 6 messages left in the last 2 days on my work phone, i am going to the police with this as i have already called the FBI and they said to call the local police.

GOT A CALL FROM JACK WILSON AND TOLD ME HE WAS CALLING ABOUT A PAYDAY LOAN AND HE WAS PRESSING CHARGES ON MY FOR A 200 DOLLAR LOAN. AND THEN WHEN I ASKED FOR THE ADDRESS HE GOT MAD AND TOLD ME HE COULD NOT HELP ME  AND GOOD BYE.

CALL ME THREATENING TO TAKE ME TO COURT ABOUT A LOAN I GOT FROM A PAYDAY LOAN. WHEN I INFORMED HIM THAT I HAD NEVER RECEIVED ANY TYPE OF CERTIFIED MAIL REGARDING THIS HE JUST GOT UPSET. I THEN ASKED FOR THE ADDRESS HE DID GIVE ME ONE AND TOLD ME IF I COULD NOT GIVE HIM A CARD OR A BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER HE COULD NOT HEL ME . I WILL BE GOING TO JAIL!

I just received the same message from phone 415-578-3870. Danny Black with Law Offices of FAA.  That I was not to disregard the message and that I had accepted a payday loan and was dilinquent.  Court order has been filed, jail time, etc.  They even had my routing number and account number!! So I closed the account.

i recieved phone calls from a man with a strong indian accent claiming to be "andy hunt" who works for the federal legislation of unsecured loans (which is fake, google it) and he said he was an attorney from McGovernton law firm in california. he had my ssn#, address, employer contact, email, and bank account info. he said i had 30minutes to pay $1148.99 or i would be arrested and sued the next business day. he said it was a debt i owed from a payday loan and that the parent company name was cash connect but he could not name a specific loan site and refused to send any formal signed document to verify such debt. he gave me the phone number (415) 578-3870 but when he called me the number came up blocked. he also harrased my place of employment during this time and harrased my employees. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY OR VERIFY ANY INFO FOR THEM!!! TELL THEM U ARE CONTACTING THE FBI AND UR DA'S OFFICE AND HANG UP AND PUT A FRAUD ALERT OUT WITH EXPERIAN CREDIT BUREAU (888) 397-3742 and CALL THE POLICE  AND LOCAL BBB IMMEDIATELY!!!
